- •GST and service charges are included in the displayed prices
- •Toll taxes and parking fees are charged separately
- •Night charges apply between 11 PM and 6 AM (25% extra)
Waiting Charges
- •First 15 minutes of waiting time is complimentary
- •₹2 per minute after the complimentary waiting period
- •For airport pickups, 30 minutes complimentary waiting time
- •Outstation trips include 3 hours of free waiting time per day
Cancellation Policy
- •Free cancellation up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup
- •50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 1 hour of pickup
- •For outstation trips, free cancellation up to 24 hours before
- •Rescheduling is free of charge with 4 hours notice
