1How to Cancel a Booking
You may cancel your booking using the same method used for booking:
Phone Call
Call +91 98765 20078 with your booking details.
Reply to your booking confirmation with a cancellation request.
A cancellation is valid only after you receive acknowledgement from Chandigarh Cabs.
2Cancellation Charges
a) Local Trips (Tricity Area)
More than 2 hours before pickup
No charge
1–2 hours before pickup
₹100 charge
Less than 1 hour or No-Show
Up to 50% of estimated fare
b) Outstation Trips
More than 24 hours before pickup
No charge, full advance refund
6–24 hours before pickup
25% of estimated fare
Less than 6 hours or No-Show
50% of estimated fare (additional charges if driver already started journey)
3Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after deducting cancellation charges (if applicable).
Refunds will be made to the original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer) within 5 business days, subject to successful bank/UPI processing.
No refund in case of a No-Show.
4Cancellation by Chandigarh Cabs
In rare cases (vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, extreme weather), Chandigarh Cabs may cancel a booking. In such cases:
You will be informed immediately.
We will try to arrange an alternative cab.
If no alternative is available, a full refund of advance will be issued immediately.
5Right to Refuse Service
Chandigarh Cabs reserves the right to deny service if:
The customer is intoxicated, abusive, or engages in unlawful activities.
Safety of the driver or vehicle is at risk.
